Role Overview: Verify Europe seeks an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Professional to lead our quality initiatives in the UK. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality management systems, conducting audits and inspections, and providing training to suppliers. Additionally, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that quality metrics are met, and identify and mitigate risks associated with new suppliers. You will also develop and implement strategies to improve supplier performance, and collaborate with procurement teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and engineering, with experience leading quality initiatives and managing cross-functional teams. They will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve high-quality results. Salary: £65,000 - £90,000 per annum, based on experience.
