One of our clients is looking for an Account Administrator to join their team due to the position opening up in February 2025.
Job Title: Account Admin Support
Reports to: Client Services Director
Overall Purpose:
To support the Customer Accounts Team with all day-to-day admin for customers and suppliers including CRM upkeep, online ordering system price and product management, chasing delivery updates, creating customer welcome packs, and collating any key information to ensure the efficient running of all assigned customer supply chains. The core objective is to streamline processes and ensure all key information is kept up to date.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. To ensure that the internal CRM system is kept up to date with all customer and supplier information.
2. To support the Customer Accounts Team with chasing up deliveries, resolving any stock issues, and obtaining key information from suppliers to share with the Accounts Team for their customer accounts.
3. Take ownership of internal trackers and distribution of any relevant information company-wide.
4. Support the Commercial team in maintaining customer price files and ensuring that the internal shared drive is kept up to date with the latest information.
5. To take ownership of familiarising self with all online ordering platforms and keeping price files up to date, managing uploads, and occasionally supporting with training as and when required.
