What the Job Involves As a Youth Justice Officer, you will work as part of the Youth Justice Service, undertaking all duties related to safeguarding young people and managing community risk. You will be responsible for writing PSR, Referral Order, and Breach reports. You will make referrals and deliver high-level interventions using sequencing methods to reduce the risk of further offending, while managing the risk of harm to the individuals and the community. The role requires monitoring practices and processes and building close partnerships.
