Having won a number of awards and set to further scale, they are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to play a pivotal role in positioning the agency in the market, driving brand awareness, and generating leads that translate into revenue. About the job Lead the creation and implementation of the agency's marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and adapting to market trends. Manage lead generation activities, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality leads and nurturing them through the sales funnel. Oversee the development of case studies that validate the agency's capabilities, ensuring they align with market positioning and resonate with target audiences. Develop and execute a social media and PR strategy to maintain a strong market presence, managing content calendars and media relationships. Work closely with leadership, business development, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with overall agency goals, fostering teamwork across departments. About you 5 years of marketing management experience, ideally in the agency space. Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into marketing plans. Proven success in lead generation and managing the full life-cycle of pitch processes. Experience in managing social media and PR initiatives, with excellent communication skills. Detail-oriented, able to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
