Well, here is a role for you - Our client are looking for an Coaching Specialist to join their growing, high-performing business, located in a fantastic central Salisbury location. This is your chance to make a real impact — coaching a team of Customer Service Advisors, driving performance, and helping shape a culture of excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing
This role is all about coaching, guiding and empowering others. You’ll support a team of around 18 (and growing!) advisors across calls, emails, and live chat — making sure they have the tools, confidence and skills to deliver exceptional service.
* Provide 1:1 and group coaching to help advisors grow
* Monitor performance and share real-time feedback
* Spot development needs and build personalised action plans
* Run soft skills and call handling training sessions
* Support onboarding and create a positive, engaged team culture
* Work with Quality Assurance to improve standards and consistency
* Share insights with management to help shape better processes
What We’re Looking For
We’re open on background — if you’ve coached call handlers in a fast-moving customer-facing environment or within Financial Services, we’d love to hear from you.
Whether you come from telecoms, utilities, financial services, retail, or another busy contact centre setting, the key is your ability to coach, your understanding of KPIs, and your energy for driving improvement.
* 12+ months in a coaching, team lead or quality support role
* Strong communicator and motivator
* Confidence using CRM and contact centre systems
* A positive presence who builds others up and brings people with them
