Our client in the Hull area is looking for an Employment Solicitor to join their team due to large growth in the company.
THE ROLE:
The duties include:
1. Detailed knowledge and advice on redundancy, discrimination, employment contracts and unfair dismissal.
2. To guide clients through courts and tribunals.
3. To create and organise drafts, statements and settlements.
4. To stay up to date with policy, laws and procedure changes.
5. Delivering outstanding service to the clients.
6. Resolve client concerns and queries.
THE CANDIDATE:
At least 2 years' experience in the same role prior.
Good knowledge of UK employment law.
Excellent communication skills.
Keen eye for detail and working efficiently.
Our client would consider up to 2 days working from home.
