What you’ll do:
Maintain and Operate Systems: Oversee HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure they function efficiently and effectively.
Perform Repairs and Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections, perform preventive maintenance, and address repair needs for building systems and equipment.
Ensure Safety and Compliance: Monitor and enforce safety regulations, conduct safety inspections, and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe work environment.
Manage Facility Operations: Coordinate with external contractors, handle facility setup for events, and manage maintenance inventory.
Document and Report: Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, prepare performance reports, and track work orders.
What you bring:
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in maintaining and repairing building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Problem-solving skills: Strong ability to troubleshoot issues, perform preventive maintenance, and resolve technical problems efficiently.
Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety regulations and practices, with a focus on ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
Communication Abilities: Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with team members, vendors, and stakeholders, and effectively addressing facility-related concerns.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage tasks independently, prioritize maintenance requests, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
