We are hiring a Customer Service Advisor; you will be working for a well-established organisation based within the manufacturing and distribution industry and they have been established for 30+ years based in Tamworth.

As the Customer Service Advisor, you will be:
1. Managing assigned accounts, providing customer support and coordinating with External Sales Managers
2. Handling calls, inquiries, and switchboard overflow
3. Processing orders, quotes, and sample requests using Sage and in-house systems
4. Managing delivery bookings, email inquiries, and filing
5. Raising claims for lost/damaged goods and track shipments
6. Maintaining customer database and overseeing orders, deliveries, and service levels
7. Processing returns, credits, and debit notes; handling related queries
8. Coordinating faulty returns and liaising with carriers and the Quality department
9. Monitoring outstanding returns, chasing resolutions, and updating reports
10. Performing other administrative and customer service tasks as needed
As the Customer Service Advisor, you will have:
1. Previous experience dealing with returns
2. Previous customer service or administration experience
3. Excellent customer service skills, offering the best personal experience at all times
4. Excellent written and verbal communication and organisational skills
5. Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
You may have experience working in the following: Customer Service Assistant, Communications Assistant, Office Assistant, Call Centre Operative, Contact Centre Operative, Membership Co-ordinator, Telesales, Administrator, Office Assistant, Returns Administrator, Recruitment Co-ordinator, Recruitment Support, Sales Administrator, Helpdesk and Contact Centre Administrator.
