Sales Manager – Automotive Aftermarket
Our client is a provider of IT solutions to the automotive aftermarket, designed to integrate all elements of the supply chain. Due to continued growth, they have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to develop and nurture sales across the UK aftermarket.
As a Sales Manager, you will report directly to the Managing Director, bringing a knowledge of the automotive aftermarket that will allow our client to continue their growth across all facets of the industry. This is a senior role within the business and in return you will receive a competitive salary and commission structure alongside a car allowance and future progression opportunities.

Work Arrangements: Home office / field based with regular travel throughout the UK.

2. A sales focus with the ability to develop business across all elements of the supply chain.
3. Proven experience within the automotive aftermarket is essential for this role. This could be with Motor Factors, Parts Manufacturers or in Dealer Service networks.
4. Strong communicator with the ability to simplify a potentially complex proposition, focusing on business benefit and efficiency gain to justify investment.
5. Must understand the value of building solid, long-term customer relationships.
6. IT literate; this is a technology-based product.
What you’ll be doing….
7. Manage inbound enquiries, through an end-to-end Sales process and seek out new business leads utilizing your industry knowledge.
8. Develop existing customer accounts through cross selling additional products and up-selling value add services.
9. Liaise with Operations Manager to secure pre-sales resources as required to support Sales activity.
10. Attend Trade Shows and Industry events to create leads, promote the business and services.
11. Conduct Annual reviews and implement price changes based upon service usage.
