Collaborate effectively with the Secretarial & Business Support team to ensure consistency in client communication. Document client interactions and update customer records in the CRM system. Maintain knowledge of the company's products, services, and policies. Provide feedback on customer service trends, potential issues, and client needs. Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures. Contribute to team efforts to achieve customer service goals. Profile A successful Customer Service Representative should have: Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within an office environment. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Problem-solving abilities and resilience in challenging situations. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
