We are looking for a Housing Assistant to join our busy team who manage our Housing tenancies, homes, communities, and estates. You will be the key support to our Team and will work in a fast-paced environment and therefore must be able to multi-task and take a hands-on approach to ensure that all aspects of tenancy management are dealt with whilst delivering a customer focussed service to residents You must demonstrate your strength as a team player, be someone who is organised, IT literate and flexible and has a can-do attitude and be confident in dealing with customers through a variety of channels. About the role You'll assist in delivering a customer focussed service with a strong emphasis on supporting tenants to maintain their Tenancies and prevent homelessness.
