Tasks
The Role
We are looking for a Production Team Member to help us scale the production of OX Trucks. We have an ambitious programme ahead of us as we move from development to scalable production and you’ll play a key part in making this successful.
As part of the Production Team you can look forward to working on our next generation trucks, as we move to low volume production build of vehicles and sub-assemblies. There will be opportunities for progress for the right person.
The role will also include:
* Facilitating a culture of innovation and continuous improvement that values experimentation and learning to drive growth and innovation.
* Fostering an environment of collaboration and cross-functional teamwork to ensure alignment and successful delivery of our products.
* Attending and contributing to Team meetings, including Reviews with stakeholders, as well as Team retros and planning sessions.
Requirements
We’re looking for a competent Production Technician / Fitter with experience in long cycle-time manufacturing (ideally automotive). There will be physical elements involved in the role.
Skills & attributes required:
* Attention to detail
* Computer literate
* The character to consistently follow work instructions
* A team player with a proactive initiative
* Can-do attitude who can be relied upon to be on time and take pride in your work.
It would be advantageous if you have completed high-voltage training.
