The Role The firm is seeking a Residential Development Partner to join their Bristol office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior lawyer or partner to develop the firm's Housing practice while contributing to the growth of the wider Real Estate offering. Key responsibilities will include: Leading the growth of the Residential Development practice, working on high-value development and investment projects. Developing and sustaining relationships with major clients across the Living Sector. Contributing to the strategic vision and growth of the firm. Mentoring and coaching junior lawyers, ensuring career development opportunities. Driving business development efforts and enhancing the firm's national profile. What You Will Be Doing Within the residential development sector, the firm is experiencing significant growth and boasts an impressive list of major clients and panel appointments. You'll have exposure to high-value development work, including conditional and unconditional contracts, option agreements, promotion agreements, development funding agreements, and collaboration agreements. As a Residential Development Partner, you will: Lead projects in house-building, build-to-rent, and strategic land. Work on residential-led mixed-use developments. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: A legal qualification with at least 8 years' post-admission experience.
