We are seeking a motivated, supportive and knowledgeable deputy team manager to work within our Getting More Help service in Buckinghamshire CAMHS.

The role involves working alongside and supporting the Operational Lead in all aspects of service delivery, development of the service and supporting the clinical team in delivering an excellent service to children and young people with moderate to severe mental health conditions in Buckinghamshire CAMHS.
You will be working alongside one other deputy team manager and the operational lead.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the clinical team with all aspects of operational work and processes.
2. Supporting the clinical team's wellbeing.
3. Covering operational duties when lead is on leave.
4. Supporting young people through intervention, care co-ordination and assessment.
5. Providing supervision and mentoring for the clinical team.
6. Carrying out operational duties as required (annual leave sign off, expenses etc).
7. Participating in the Operational Lead on-site rota once a week in the North or South of the county.
