IT Lecturer Hourly Rate: £35 - £40 Location: North-West London Job Type: Part-time, Temporary (specific hours on Monday PM, Thursday all day, and Friday PM) We are seeking a temporary IT Lecturer to join our client's educational team in North-West London. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in computer science, specifically with practical experience in Python, .Net, and databases. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Level 2 and Level 3 courses. Day-to-day of the role: Deliver engaging and informative lectures and practical sessions in Python, .Net, databases, and general computer science. Prepare lesson plans and materials according to the curriculum requirements. Assess and evaluate students’ progress in IT subjects. Maintain up-to-date records of students' attendance, assessments, and grades. Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance teaching methodologies and curriculum development. Provide guidance and support to students on their academic and career aspirations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in teaching IT subjects at the FE level. Strong practical knowledge of Python, .Net, and databases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and inspire students. Must have relevant qualifications in computer science or a related field.
