Mobile Shop Manager - Covering Dunfermline & surrounding areas.
To be considered for this position, you will have experience in a management or supervisory role within a retail or customer-facing environment.
You will drive and have access to your own transport. We pay an excellent mileage allowance.
You will be given various shifts, which will change week to week and will include weekends (when rostered on) between 5:00 am and 5:30 pm - any 5 days from 7.
39 hours per week (although additional hours may be available).
£13.50 per annum plus an excellent benefits package (see below).

We use traditional baking methods to produce the finest, freshest, mouthwatering products which we only sell in our own Bakery Shops.

What your key responsibilities are:
1. Lead strongly to maintain high standards of behaviour and customer and colleague interactions.
2. Take responsibility for the scheduling of colleagues for efficient Shop trading.
3. Conduct relevant reviews on all new employees within the 12-week probation period and appropriate reviews as required in your Shop.
4. Ensure that all staff are fully aware and deliver on their legal responsibilities.
5. Take responsibility for the health & safety of colleagues according to company policy and legislation.
6. Maintain excellent standards in Shop property, equipment, fixtures, and fittings. Report any issues or defects.
7. Ensure that company cash and security regulations are followed.
8. Ensure that all legal requirements are followed.
9. Ensure only quality products are displayed.
10. Maintain stock rotation procedures.
11. Keep Area Manager updated promptly on any business developments.
12. Encourage all colleagues to voice and forward ideas to better our business.
13. Manage colleagues in a fast-paced, customer service environment.
14. Remain “hands-on” serving, bake off, making filled rolls, hot drinks, etc.
What your key skills and experiences are:
1. Previous retail experience in a supervisory role, particularly within the food-to-go industry.
2. Confident and enthusiastic.
3. Experience of delivering on KPIs and profitability.
4. Experience of managing stock.
5. You will be required to be flexible with your hours; you will need to be available to work between Monday to Sunday any 5 days from 7.
