About the opportunity:
The Sales Associate is part of the Weeks Homes sales team and reports to the Sales Manager. The key focus of this role is to provide an exceptional customer experience to clients throughout their journey purchasing a new home. More specifically, you will:
* Ensure the display homes are immaculately presented for open days
* Schedule appointments for the sales Consultant and warmly greet visitors to the centres
* Take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the display homes
* Qualify customers and provide exceptional customer service
* Support the Building and Design Sales Consultant to ensure business objectives are achieved
* Ensure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to a high standard
* Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments within Wilson Homes and the NXT Building Group
* Support customers through the new home sales process
About you
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of Weeks Homes and NEX Group. In addition, you will demonstrate:
* An outgoing personality with exceptional listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
* A passion for home design and living spaces
* Commitment to invest in your learning to ideally progress into a Sales Consultant role
* A commitment to customer service excellence
* The ability to engage with team members and work collaboratively
* Strong systems skills and the planning and organising skills to keep on top of all documentation and communications
* Availability to work Saturday/Sunday/Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday
