Finance Manager, Lincoln

Hays Senior Finance are working with a growing manufacturer near Lincoln who are looking to recruit a Finance Manager to join the team in a newly created role.
Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for:
1. Monthly management accounts
2. Statutory accounts
3. Cashflows
4. Overhead review
5. Reconciliations
6. Stock
7. Fixed assets
8. Bills of materials
9. Costing and margin analysis
As well as reporting and providing key analysis for the senior leadership team and managing a small finance team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified Accountant (ACMA, ACCA, ACA) with recent and proven financial management experience. You will be a "hands-on" individual who can work as part of a team and be happy to pick up more routine tasks when required as well as take ownership of all aspects of monthly and annual accounting to present to the SLT. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to interpret and analyse data and produce clear and concise reports. You will have strong IT skills (NAV would be desirable) and good Excel skills. You will be living in close commute of the Lincoln area as the role is hybrid working.
