As a Surgical First Assistant, you will:
Deliver safe, quality care for patients during their perioperative phase.
Support and assist in managing and organising care within the Operating Department.
Assist in delivering patient care and contribute to quality improvement.
Develop and enhance the skills and knowledge of yourself and others.
Apply and promote best evidence-based practice within your scope.
Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures.
Maintain knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act.
