Our client is a market leading Top 10 firm of chartered accountants based in the Reading area, with a very strong reputation and national presence. This is a fantastic opportunity, where you will work in an Audit Manager role, servicing an exciting client base.

You will be responsible for:
* Managing a client portfolio with gross recurring fees of £500,000 or more, with a concentration on audit services and business advisory work.
* Promoting the firm's interests to current and prospective clients, as well as other parties.
* Mentoring and supervising junior employees, especially trainees, and assisting with their growth.
* Assisting with internal training and practice growth, such as finding business prospects and delivering client pitches.
Requirements:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and advisory skills.
* Experience with SMEs and owner-managed businesses.
* Proactive and hands-on approach.
