We have a fantastic opportunity for a Health and Safety Manager to join our team here at Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council.
The service is responsible for the effective identification of health & safety risks across the Council and supporting the development of solutions to reduce the potential for harm.
In this role you will lead a team of Health & Safety professionals to respond to the Council’s existing and emerging health & safety risks as the statutory responsible officer. In addition, you will lead the team to provide health and safety services to Tees Active, the company that operates the Borough’s leisure centres, schools and academies.
We are looking for a dynamic individual to support our plans for a high performing Health and Safety Service and ensure the service continues to evolve and develop to meet the future needs of the Council.
