About the Role
As Assistant Team Manager, you'll play a vital role in the Children in Care Team, working closely with the Team Manager to:
Provide strong leadership and supervision to social work staff.
Oversee casework, ensuring compliance with statutory responsibilities.
Deliver a child-centred approach that achieves positive outcomes.This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about improving services and supporting colleagues to develop their skills.
What We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from experienced social workers who:
Hold a recognised social work qualification and are registered with HCPC/SWE.
Have completed their ASYE and have at least 3 years' post-qualification experience.
Can demonstrate leadership experience within a statutory children's service.
