Job Description
* Elevate our Service Charge operations to meet the needs of our customers.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of our Service Charge department.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
3. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in service charge operations or a related field.
* Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and reducing costs.
