Our client is embarking on huge sustainable growth and therefore this role has been newly created in order to manage the team and relieve the operations manager in order to carry out strategic reviews of processes and efficiencies. Supported by various finance colleagues you'll manage, develop and grow the accounts payable function utilising the teams best attributes to make the purchase ledger function as good as it can be. You'll have really strong people skills, good excel ability and be able to explain finance to non financial people easily. This is a busy team where curve balls can come out of nowhere so it's exciting and challenging at the same time so you'll need to be someone who's resilient and can take change in your stride. This role comes with hybrid working and a 5-10% bonus.
