Highlights of this role: Manage and provide scientific direction across all aspects of haematology product/process development projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects to timelines and quality expectations Offer expertise and support to the wider Technical/Product Support groups, contributing to the global success of our haematology business Preferred Requirements: Proven experience in a regulated laboratory or medical device environment, with a strong background in product development and optimisation Expertise in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting, with the ability to communicate complex scientific information effectively Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to working across departments Proficient in the use of core IT packages, such as MS Office, and adept at managing laboratory facilities and compliance Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest scientific and technical literature to drive innovation in haematology projects Preferred Qualifications: Science degree or equivalent qualification Experience in a GMP/GLP environment, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements Clinical haematology (tests/analysis) experience and/or product/reagent formulation expertise would be highly advantageous
