Key Responsibilities
:
* Provide high-quality secretarial support to an experienced fee earner, including managing emails, correspondence, and filing.
* Assist with general conveyancing matters, including preparing legal documents, drafting contracts, and completing property searches.
* Manage client communication, including updates on case progress and answering client queries.
* Prepare and process legal documentation and ensure compliance with relevant legal procedures.
* Maintain accurate case files and records, ensuring all deadlines are met.
* Support with other general administrative and paralegal duties as needed.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in a conveyancing role, either as a conveyancing assistant, secretary, or paralegal, is highly desirable.
* Strong secretarial and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to work efficiently in a busy office.
* The ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
* A positive, team-oriented attitude with the drive to develop and grow within the role.
