Our client is an award-winning, leading luxury travel specialist who is very well-established and extremely successful within their sector. We are seeking a self-motivated, well-organised individual to join the Client Services Team as a Client Services Executive. You will be responsible for providing sales, operational, admin, and service support, which means you will be playing an integral part within the team.
Job Overview:
1. Process bookings ensuring booking details are accurate as per company standards
2. Check availability with suppliers and look for alternative options when required
3. Manage and process all cancellations
4. Confirm bookings with suppliers
5. Pre-book seats and any special requests for clients
6. Send all ATOL certificates
7. Book low-cost flights
8. Obtain API, passport, and visa details
9. Produce confirmation invoices including amendments and cancellations
10. Conduct pre-departure calls and checks to bookings processed by you 6 weeks prior to travel and identify up-sell opportunities such as room upgrades, flight upgrades advising client of the price during the call
11. Liaise with Concierge to ensure all the client requests have been booked
Experience Required:
1. Confident, approachable, and enthusiastic communicator with a passion for everything 'travel'
2. Ability to 'think' for our clients to stay ahead
3. Work well under pressure as an individual and in a team
4. Organised with strong time management skills
5. Strong sense of personal accountability and responsibility
6. Seek solutions when faced with a problem
