This role involves planning and delivering engaging lessons to KS4/KS5 students, fostering a love for the subject while helping them develop critical skills and understanding in Health and Social Care.

Responsibilities:
1. Inspiring Lessons: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to pupils' needs.
2. Progress Monitoring: Assess and record student outcomes regularly.
3. Classroom Management: Uphold the school's behaviour policy effectively.
4. Community Engagement: Participate in school activities such as parent evenings and open events.
Requirements:
1. Qualifications: QTS or equivalent; Health and Social Care background is advantageous.
2. Experience: Proven teaching experience is valued, but strong ECTs are welcome.
3. Skills: Effective communication and a commitment to inclusive education.
4. Compliance: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service and two satisfactory references.
Job Details:
