Reporting to the Service Manager, as the Sales Administrator you will be - Generating and sending quotes, following these up to obtain orders Monitoring stock and checking availability of parts Processing sales orders accurately via Sage Supporting a team of Service Engineers Procurement and dispatch of parts Processing operational documentation including generation of invoices Processing returns for unused materials Ensuring systems and databases are maintained Any associated administration tasks as required I'd love to hear from you if you have the following experience and skills - Processing sales orders in a manufacturing or engineering company Excellent attention to detail and organisation Using CRM systems, Sage experience would be beneficial On offer for this Sales Administrator role - Hybrid working (3 days office based per week essential) Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week Flexible salary dependent on experience £25-30,000p/a Company pension Performance based bonus If you're interested in this Sales Administrator role, please Apply today.
