The Recruitment Co. is urgently recruiting for a Technical Sales Administrator to join our client's expanding team based in the Hendy, Swansea area.
Salary: Up to £30,000p.a depending on experience
Hours of work: Full time 37.5 hours per week: Monday to Thursday: 8.15am-4.45pm & Fridays 8.15am-3.30pm
Contract: Permanent
Role Overview:
Our client manufactures stainless steel fabrications and machined components for hygienic and aerospace applications who are recruiting a Technical Sales Administrator to work alongside and support the Technical Sales Team. The position holds responsibility for data input, compilation, and transfer of detailed engineering instructions from the Sales Department to the Manufacturing Department. The post would suit a detail-oriented individual with administration skills. Appropriate training for the right applicant will be provided.

5. Cope with pressure, highly organised and self-motivated
6. Handle multiple tasks
7. Attention to detail
8. Experience with Accounts, Word and Excel is an advantage
9. Team worker, mature approach, tactful and diplomatic skills
10. Engineering background an advantage
Role Duties:
1. Using the company's accounts package (SAGE Line 50) to generate Sales Orders (SOP's) and Bill of Materials (BOM's)
2. Archive filing of SOP records
3. Other duties as directed by the Sales Manager
