Day to day of the role: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a courteous and professional manner. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers, ensuring their queries are resolved promptly. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to offer solutions and support. Record details of customer interactions and transactions, tracking all inquiries and comments. Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality service experience. Handle and resolve customer complaints or escalate issues as necessary. Meet personal and team targets for service efficiency and quality.
