We are looking to recruit a new Marketing Executive. You’ll gain valuable experience in the vape marketing and ecommerce fields working with brands from around the world.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
* Excellent communication skills
* A keen eye for detail
* Practical knowledge of Google Suite (Sheets, Docs & Slides), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Docusign, and Asana (advantageous but not essential)
* Demonstrable experience in marketing
* The ability to build a rapport with clients old and new
* An understanding of vaping (advantageous but not essential)
Responsibilities
Within this role you will be responsible for:
* Forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
* Client relations (face-to-face meetings, phone calls, trade shows)
* Marketing proposals, contracts, and negotiations
* Marketing email blasts
* Prospecting and lead generation
* Liaising with internal teams to ensure the smooth running of marketing activities such as sample drops and price reductions
* Liaising with clients to create and book in all marketing campaigns
* Issuing invoices and contracts
* Assisting our Finance team to ensure all invoices are paid on time, prior to any marketing campaigns beginning
* Uploading, activating, and deactivating banners and marketing activities across all channels
* Updating and tracking monthly, quarterly, and yearly marketing earnings
* Providing sales data reports to clients at the end of marketing activities/campaigns
* Keeping all marketing activity trackers up to date
* Liaising with third-party websites to arrange product reviews and website advertising
* Assigning tasks related to content and design to the Media & Marketing team
* Scheduling posts to go out daily across social channels including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
* Liaising with the Warehouse team to arrange the dispatch of products to third-party reviewers
* Ordering and organising company-branded POS
* Managing social media notifications (replying to reviews/posts/comments, etc.)
* Ensuring information listed on third-party websites relating to the company is present and up to date
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.
Shift Patterns
* 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Monday to Friday.
Salary
* £26,000-£32,000 dependent on experience.
