Are you a Home Manager with exceptional turnaround experience and a proven track record of improving CQC grades?
I am looking for a Turnaround Manager in the West Midlands that is passionate about making continuous improvements across a range of Nursing Homes on behalf of a nationwide care provider.
Turnaround Manager Benefits:

Turnaround Manager Person Specification:
1. Strong Nursing Home Manager experience (essential)
2. Qualified Nurse (RGN/RMN) (desirable but not essential)
3. Proven track record of making and sustaining improvements within a care home environment
4. Lives in the West Midlands and happy to travel across the region and further if the role requires
5. Experience delivering high quality relationship centred care
Day to Day Role of a Turnaround Manager:
1. Supporting home managers in improving and achieving good CQC grades and improving the lives of the residents of multiple homes
2. Covering managers' sickness, annual leave and interim management
3. Helping with audits, budgeting, occupancy and reducing agency use
4. Building and improving positive relationships with key stakeholders
5. Multi-site role covering West Midlands predominantly but occasional travel further afield may be required
