Our client is a communications company based in Sidcup, Kent. They are currently looking for a Part TimeAccounts Manager to join their hardworking and dedicated team.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience within Accounts, hold a formal bookkeeping or accounts qualification, possess a good working knowledge of Sage 50 and be a proficient user of Microsoft Office. As an Accounts Manager you will deal with the payroll process, raise customer invoices as well as carry out credit control tasks, prepare and submit monthly VAT returns to HMRC, and process bank, purchase and sales ledger transactions on Sage 50 Accounts.
The ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experiences:
* Demonstrable experience within Accounts
* Experience of credit control
* Hold a formal bookkeeping or accounts qualification e.g. AAT or ICB Level 3 or above
* Possess a good working knowledge of Sage 50
* Proficient user of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and MS Outlook
* Ability to work on own initiative in a financial setting
* Be able to prioritise own workload to meet strict deadlines
* Have an excellent attention to detail
* Possess strong negotiation skills
* Be calm under pressure
