If the answer is YES, then apply today My client is currently seeking a proactive and engaging part-time Reception Administrator to join their friendly and well-established team in Melksham. You will play a vital role in the business, as you will be welcoming all visitors, ensuring they are signposted correctly and supporting the wider team for all administrative tasks. The role: Meeting and greeting visitors on-site Answering all inbound calls Sorting the morning post and delivering to clients Booking conference room meetings General administration including filing, scanning, and photocopying Providing refreshments for visitors Updating and maintaining the in-house database Person specification: Previous reception/administration experience A professional and engaging manner Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to pick up new systems and procedures quickly Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelThe company offers a supportive and dedicated team environment, where full training will be given. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8.30am to 2pm (27.5 hours per week).
