What will the Accounts Assistant role involve? Supervise all setting up of new customer and supplier including credit check application. Maintaining aged debts. Processing invoices and credits on SAP. Credit control and remittance allocation, account reconciliation. Assistance with year-end procedures and audit, including preparation of reconciliation schedules. Monthly, quarterly and year end requirements including accrual and prepayments. Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy: Accuracy and quality. Confident dealing with customers. problem-solving skills. Maintains good relationships with colleagues, team player, calm under pressure. Good level IT skills, MS Office, Excel experience Including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
