SF are thrilled to be working with a growing manufacturing business in Redditch who are on the lookout for a HR Coordinator to join their brilliant team.
This role is initially a 6 month FTC (with the potential opportunity to go permanent). We are looking for someone to play a crucial part in the development of this business, who is experienced within SMEs and isn't afraid to roll their sleeves up and get involved. This role will have a level of payroll incorporated, however is not payroll heavy.
This position will be ideal for someone looking to take the next step up and gain more exposure and responsibility within a HR function. You will be able to get involved in project work, lower level ER cases, supporting SLT teams with day to day HR queries and general coordination of the HR function.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Partnering with the Head of finance and outsource payroll team.
2. Supporting senior management in all aspects of HR including ER cases.
3. Preparing staff contracts, JD's and offer letters for staff.
4. Building and maintaining strong relationships throughout the business both internally and externally.
5. Supporting with the L&D for the staff.
We are looking for someone who holds an understanding of HR best practice, is CIPD qualified or working towards it, has excellent communication skills, and possesses a creative and proactive mindset to work independently.
