Role:
Our client is looking to recruit a sales ledger clerk, on a permanent basis. In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:
General & Receivable Ledger
* Reconciliation between P&L and BS receivable accounts
* Ensure accurate allocations of revenues across our P&L cost centres
* Monthly revenues reporting for UK & IR branch
* Allocation and reconciliation of AR clearing accounts (cash, petty cash, credit cards, gift cards, etc.)
* Raising local and IC invoices
* Quarterly reconciliation of IC receivable accounts
* Preparation, review and registration of month-end journals (reclassification, accruals etc.)
Treasury
* Ensuring accurate allocation and reconciliation of the received payments
* Weekly bank reconciliation
* Ensuring timely process of clients refunds (local and e-com)
Other
1. Ensuring compliance with VAT rules
2. Supporting customer service with chargeback processes
3. Supporting Finance Manager with auditor's queries regarding revenue accounts
