About the role
An opportunity has arisen for a Civil Enforcement Officer to join Mole Valley’s Parking Team on a Part-time (25 hours) basis. Your main duties will involve enforcing the Council's car parks, ensuring customers are parked correctly, providing a friendly and courteous service, and issuing Penalty Charge Notices where needed. Other duties will include checking pay and display machines and ensuring the car parks are maintained to a high standard.

* Has good customer service skills and enjoys working with the public.
* Is self-motivated and resilient.
* Holds a full UK driving licence.
Mole Valley District Council offers full training, including a City and Guilds level 2 qualification in Civil Enforcement, full uniform, employee awards, discount schemes, and a pension scheme.
Please note this role is subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
