Here's what you'll need:
* A good appreciation of the breadth of technical areas across Regulated Water
* Good interpersonal skills to enable the development of effective relationships with the other Discipline leads and to communicate effectively with the discipline team
* Well-rounded technical credibility evidenced through experience and peer recognition
* Good leadership and management skills with the ability to provide clear instructions, motivate and inspire others to deliver the aims of the discipline plan and wider Regulated Water strategy
* The ability to develop and articulate the strategic aims for Jacobs and delivery of technical excellence for Regulated Water
