About the Role:
This temporary role supports our Customer Service Team ensuring the team continues to deliver seamless, high-quality service to our customers in the feed ingredients sector (KW, Trident, AMUR).
You will play a critical role in:
* Handling customer inquiries, resolving queries, and maintaining solid relationships.
* Managing key administrative tasks such as contract data entry, system updates, and processing proof of deliveries.
* Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
What You’ll Need:
* Data entry and administrative capabilities.
* Basic proficiency with Excel and other Office tools.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Organisational ability to manage workloads and prioritise appropriately.
