Role Description
The Deputy Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and assisting with recruitment and training requirements.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or similar role is required
* Leadership, Management, and Communication skills
* Experience in working with older people in care homes
* Knowledge of relevant regulations
* Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Teamwork and Collaboration skills
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Relevant certification or qualification in care management
