About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about applying their psychological knowledge in a school setting, working closely with children, to support their development.
Key Responsibilities:
You will provide 1:1 or small group support to children, helping them engage with lessons, build confidence, and improve academic performance.
You will use your understanding of psychology to support students with SEN, such as autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties, tailoring learning strategies to meet their needs.
You will be assisting children in managing their behaviour and emotions, using positive reinforcement and coping techniques to enhance their learning experience.
