Each year we offer internship opportunities, and we are keen to hear from you if you are currently studying an undergraduate degree and are looking to complete a 13-month placement.
The maxim of Sir Henry Royce, ‘take the best that exists and make it better’, permeates in everything we do at Rolls-Royce. As a student, you will have hands-on experience from day one, gaining practical insights into the corporate operations of a world-class automotive manufacturer.
What will you be doing?
* Managing parts quality topics for a selection of bespoke components.
* Managing the Industrialisation of those components.
* Familiarising yourself with the parts quality systems and processes.
* Understanding supplier manufacturing processes with bespoke suppliers.
* Co-ordination and steering of Target Management Process and key performance indicators (KPI’s).
Qualifications and Skills:
* Studying towards a 2:1 Bachelors degree - preferably in Engineering and or Supply Chain Management.
* Strong relationship building skills and ability to show good inter-personal skills, showing exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Good organisational and time management skills, and ability to show high attention to detail to every task.
* Ability to adapt working approach depending on specific requirements, prioritise activities, work under pressure, multi-task and solve problems.
* An excellent team player who possesses solid interpersonal and organisational skills.
* Experienced user of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
