Customer Service Advisor
Adecco is excited to be recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client's busy and dynamic Sales Office on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Efficiently process orders, replacements, spare parts, and point-of-sale requests received via telephone, email, or post, following established procedures.
2. Handle inquiries from both internal and external customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and post.
3. Coordinate and confirm customer deliveries using the booking-in process.
4. Investigate and resolve price discrepancies within your designated area, ensuring prompt and appropriate action.
Key Skills and Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 GCSEs or equivalent (preferably including English and Maths).
2. NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service (desirable).
3. Exceptional telephone manner with a friendly, professional approach.
4. Strong keyboard and administrative skills.
