This role involves overseeing the day-to-day management of our UK website, driving digital marketing campaigns, and optimising the customer experience to increase sales and subscriptions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and maximise performance across all digital touchpoints. As an Ecommerce Manager, you will: Ecommerce Strategy Development:
* Lead the planning and execution of eCommerce strategies to increase subscriptions/online sales and profitability.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sourcing, customer service, operations etc.) to drive cohesive strategies that align with business goals.
Website Management:
* Oversee day-to-day management of the website, ensuring that products (monthly boxes and all Limited Editions), pricing, content i.e. Homepage banners, and promotions are up-to-date and optimized.
* Use data (Google Analytics and our in-house platforms) to enhance the user experience, improve site performance, and ensure a seamless shopping journey across devices.
Digital Marketing Integration:
* Collaborate with marketing teams to execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, social media, email marketing, and affiliate programs.
* Ensuring a strong calendar of email activity is planned and delivered for both subscribers and non-subscribers.
* Coordinate promotions, sales, and discount campaigns across multiple online platforms.
Product Management:
* Coordinate with sourcing and operations to ensure the timely and accurate listing of products, pricing, and promotions on the website.
* Analyse product performance and work with the sourcing team to optimse product assortment.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
* Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs). From a site perspective this will include traffic (by channel), conversion rate, bounce rate, engagement etc. From a sales perspective this will include revenue, gross/net profit and have a clear understanding as to how this impacts the P&L.
* Provide regular reports on site performance, sales trends, and digital marketing effectiveness to senior management.
2+ years' experience in the e-commerce industry and digital marketing
* A clear understanding of marketing channels and their direct impact on the website.
* Solid understanding of online sales funnels, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
* Organised with excellent project management and time-management skills.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Positive, 'can do attitude' that is solution orientated
* A genuine interest/background in beauty is a plus!
