The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry and excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
* Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., construction management, engineering).
* Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or a related role.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
