Frontline Recruitment Weymouth are seeking a proactive and organized experienced Site Administrator to support our small client team at their Portland facility. Reporting to the Site Managers and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing essential site documentation and providing comprehensive administrative support across various tasks. This role is essential in ensuring smooth site operations and maintaining effective communication with head office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain site documentation, including health and safety and employment records.
- Support Site and Operations Managers with daily administrative tasks.
- Manage office needs, from ordering supplies to answering phones and handling general inquiries.
- Work collaboratively to keep the facility organized and adhere to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Proven administrative experience with strong IT skills (Microsoft Office Suite/Especially Excel).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience in similar environments such as production, warehousing, ports, or shipping is a plus.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM with half an hour unpaid break
Part time – 20-25 hours per week (to be agreed)
