Are you a high calibre Retail Store Manager interested in leading our largest turnover store in Northeast England?
The Vision Express store in Metro Centre, Gateshead is currently looking for its next Retail Store Manager. This is a Vision Express top 12 store, and as the successful candidate, you will be supported by 2 assistant managers to lead a team of 18 retail assistants, 2 clinical coordinators, 6 resident optometrists, locum optometrists, and a trainee optometrist.
Due to the high-profile nature of this store, we are looking for a strong and experienced Retail Store Manager who can lead the culture of this store, manage day-to-day operations of a large turnover business unit, and motivate and inspire the team to perform at their best every day while challenging the status quo. This store will also be a pilot site for many of our future eyecare initiatives, so some experience in project management may be beneficial.
