Credit Controller/Sales Admin- High Wycombe
This role will be a dual role working in Credit Control and supporting the Sales team with administration.
Hours: 8am-5pm
Salary: £30,000 - £37,000
Duties:
Credit Controller:
1. To effectively maintain a section of the sales ledger as designated by the Branch Manager
2. Setting new cash customer accounts
3. Daily posting of receipts that are received in bank account
4. Daily debtors list - chase monies that are due or overdue, send out copy invoices, review stop lists
5. Statement query management
6. Regularly review accounts trading over the agreed credit limit and review processes to reduce order release volumes wherever possible to maximise efficiencies.
7. Reviewing customer credit limits with credit agencies
8. Ensure branches are aware of accounts trading over the credit limit and any such accounts are actioned accordingly
9. Petty Cash management
10. Prepare banking cash and cheques
11. End-of-day banking for both depots, reconciliation
Sales Administration:
12. Order processing
13. Answering customer queries
Requirements:
14. CICM qualified ideal but not essential
15. GCSE Grade 6 Maths and English or equivalent or Level 3 Admin/business or finance qualification
16. Microsoft Office packages experience essential
17. 5 years' experience needed in a similar role or industry, experience with products
18. Organisational knowledge and great attention to detail
19. Excellent communication skills
20. Excellent customer service skills
21. Sales Ledger experience
